These dissolved millets need to be poured in to a stockpot having two and half cup of boiling water sitting on the stove. After pouring the dissolved millet water into the hot water in stockpot, you need to steer it continuously using a spatula to  avoid the formation of lumps. Achieve the boiling point for these dissolved millets, then simmer the stove for few more seconds to allow the process of cooking of the finer particles of the flour. Then switch off the stove and allow the porridge to cool down on its own.
